In an unfortunate event you encounter sour durians, kindly follow these steps:

Provide us with an order number or a receipt number. (Please note that without a valid proof of purchase, we are unable to provide any replacement)
We'll replace it within 24 hours from our reply. Meanwhile please keep the spoiled durian refrigerated so that we can test the rejected durian if needed.

Normally Mao Shan Wang should be small/flat seeds but received big?
For Durians, there is no 100% guarantee seed size they can vary naturally and are beyond our control. We provide estimated seed sizes on our product listings as a guideline. While we strive to identify orders with predominantly large seeds and pack accordingly, we cannot guarantee uniformity.
Therefore, we regret that we are unable to approve replacements or exchanges based on seed size discrepancies.
I received my Durian wet, it's not to my liking. Can I exchange?
This will be on case-by-case basics
While packing the durian before delivery, unripe or overripe will immediately be rejected. In the process from packing to delivery, there will be temperature changes that cause slight moisture to be created in between the pulp.
As durians are based on personal preferences which may vary widely among customers, and what may be ideal for one person may not suit another.

I have received unripe dry durians, can I replace it?

Your Doorstep Delivery Types
We have 3 types of delivery slots
Standard - $9.90 (Free for orders above $100)
Express (Requires +$25 top up)
Next Day Advance Booking - $9.90
What Happens if i'm not home?
We have 2 timeslot for delivery
1pm-5pm (Subject to availability)
6pm-10pm
What Are Your Delivery times?
We will try to give you a call to ask for permission to leave it outside your house, in the event nobody is home to collect.
Note: For customers who stay in a condominium, the delivery guard usually doesn't allow the rider to leave the Durians at the guard house. We will have to ask the rider to discard your durian if unable to deliver.
What are your Store pick-up hours?
Our self-pick up currently is between 1pm-10pm (SUBJECT TO STOCKS ARRIVAL)
As Durian arrival timing is rather erratic, we are unable to allow customers to select a specific delivery time on the actual day of delivery.
If you have a party and require your durians to arrive at a very specific timing, we will suggest that you order the durians ahead of time.
Perhaps place your order and have it delivered a day before your party.
